Join Mothers Matter Centre's campaign to create awareness about Violence Against Women (VAW) in refugee and immigrant communities and to destigmatize discourse around it. The “Men Like Me” campaign highlights the critical and positive role men within refugee and immigrant communities can play to prevent VAW.

The Government of Canada is working hard to resettle at least 40,000 Afghan nationals as quickly and safely as possible. Over the past week, 335 government-assisted and privately sponsored Afghan refugees arrived in Canada on 10 commercial flights.
