N4 has produced an array of tools to support the recruitment and retention of internationally educated health professionals (IEHPs) into Canadian health care organizations including a report, toolkit and checklist. IEHPs improve Canadians' access to care and enhance the diversity of our workforce through their valued international educational experience. In order to be successful, employers require additional support to assist the fostering of integration and inclusion of IEHPs into their workplaces and communities. To create these products, N4 engaged with health care employers across Canada, including acute care, community health, long-term care, health authorities and government and with persons with lived experience.
