We are pleased to announce the launch of a new Welcome to Canada employment video from Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada (IRCC). The video is available in English and French on the IRCC YouTube playlist Immigrating and Settling in Canada.

Finding a job is a job provides newcomers with an overview of how to look for jobs and prepare to work in Canada. The video also directs them to IRCC’s employment-related webpages where they can find more in-depth information on employment services and supports.

The video content complements other IRCC products including the Welcome to Canada guide, and was developed in consultation with both internal and external subject matter experts. These include federal, provincial and territorial stakeholders, and the settlement community.

The Immigrating and Settling in Canada playlist also includes 19 other videos that address settlement-related topics, such as education, mental health, and language skills.
