Tapping Canada’s Hidden Healthcare Talent Pool: Tips and Tools to Recruit and Retain International Experience
Based on a 2022 pan-Canadian outreach with healthcare stakeholders, N4 has developed an Employer Resource Toolkit designed to optimize the integration of Canadian internationally educated health professionals (IEHPs) into the workforce. This session will provide healthcare employers with the knowledge and tools to augment the diversity of their workforce through the recruitment and retention of IEHPs.
