Services are delivered by professionals with lived experiences with the population served, in their first languages. Our services primarily include affordable and free therapy (counselling), support groups, art therapy, mental health and trauma healing projects, art and mental health initiatives, psycho-educational workshops, and raising awareness to combat stigma surrounding mental health.
